 The Programme is a full-time 4–6 months attachment programme which supports mature mid-career individuals aged 40 and above looking for a career switch and gain meaningful industry-relevant skills and experience. 

70% subsidy for 4–6 months salary

Career Conversion assist our clients to meet their manpower needs by reskilling mid-career new hires and workers for growth jobs in demand. 

Age above 21, subsidy from 70-90% of the salary

The programme will support companies that are keen to build local interns to support expansion plans. offering internships are eligible for up to 70% funding support covering the monthly internship.

The Senior workers grant provides up to $125,000 to employers who offer part-time re-employment, flexible work arrangements and structured career planning for our seniors.

Minimum 1 senior, maximum 50 seniors

EDG Grant supports projects that help you upgrade, innovate, grow and transform your business. The grant funds qualifying project costs namely third-party consultancy fees, software and equipment, and internal manpower cost.

Research & Development Grant

The Research & Development grant scheme has benefitted many businesses. 

In 2018, about 520 companies claimed enhanced R&D benefits. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) comprised the majority of R&D beneficiaries, making up 85% of R&D claims. Based on the R&D claims processed, 83% of SME claims were granted full R&D benefits, with another 6% of the claims adjusted by IRAS on the approved expenditure. 

Potentially on the yearly basis to claim back 100% or more of tax rebates!
